Learning the Game

Some say golf is a game where experience matters most. A game where lessons are learned, friendships are rekindled, and lifelong memories are made.

Many golfers learn from similar experiences...
"Do I lay up here?"
"Can I really carry the water at 260?"
“I know I can hit a high pull cut around this tree to carry to carry that pond.”
Yet.. we rush to retailers to buy a new club or a new golf ball, or a new training aid to lower our scores when in reality, the best tool of the trade is your own experiences: hit more golf balls and learn your own tendencies.

Whether you are a PGA/LPGA Professional or you are a 15 handicap the goal is the same, how do I get better at getting that small white golf ball in the hole? The answer is rather simple -- and even more affordable.

There are many ways to achieve success on the golf course: hire a swing coach, play more golf, attend a clinic, or practice, practice, practice. TIME Magazine published an article on learning and stated, “anytime a student learns, he or she has to bring in two kinds of prior knowledge: knowledge about the subject at hand and knowledge about how learning works.”

To indeed change a swing flaw, (which we all have), one must understand why the golf ball is doing what it's doing, understanding how to fix it.

Here's where I can make a pretty reliable (and affordable) recommendation: The OptiShot 2 swing pad.

The OptiShot 2 swing pad is a swing coach, a simulator, a training aid, and unlimited on course play, and access to challenging the best in the game in online tournaments. All this for less than $300. And the best part? I am offering a free Swing Analysis and free 30 Minute Lesson to answer any and all golf questions to help you on your way to play your best golf.

The OS2 swing pad offers a variety of data points, the key points being the club path and club face. After we complete your swing analysis and lesson, you will have an understanding as to how to hit straighter shots while becoming more efficient and consistent. The swing pad will continue to provide you the instant feedback necessary to improve while in the comfort of your own home!

If you have questions about your own setup, space requirements, custom buildouts, or how we can help you become part of the OptiShot family, please send me an email at ryan@optishotgolf.com, and I would be happy to help.

I look forward to working with you, helping you win club championships, lower your handicap, and take your best friends lunch money.

Until then, cheers!
